oh, to finish my point, AC is a much more efficient electricity distribution method than DC. The implications of AC, is cheaper as well as more efficient. Is Edison bribing you or something?

yeah, AC is more dangerous than DC. But that’s like choosing blunt rocks over the Spear, just because occassionally, someone will be stupid enough to accidently cut themselves using the spear.

I agree competely with you, AC systems should be banned from use in all cities. The only only place AC should be allowed to be used is in rural areas, just because there is a lower population of citizens.

Although AC systems are very effective are they really worth it? By using this system you are endangering innocent lives, the wires need to buried underground before AC is put to use.

From the book, it was unclear either John E. H. Feeks was wearing gloves or not wearing them. However, if Feeks did wear the gloves, when he seized a wire, the alternating current should not pass through his hand (and that enable him to release the wire when he want to), instead he would be able to release the wire and dropped down the ground after he realized the current coming through.

As a Professor, you will need to at least appear objective and present lots of facts and statistics. I take it you will side with Edison because he has taken the safety precaution of burying his lines from the beginning of his work in NYC. You will need to go on and address some of the saftey issues that came up in Edison’s own system like insulation that was not completely reliable, at least at first.
